Shortmax Unauthorized Renewal Charge
I am writing regarding my Shortmax week subscription, which I had only intended to use until 4.4. and did not wish to continue beyond that date. Despite this, today an amount of 17,12 € was charged from my account through your website. I did not consent to a renewal of this subscription and I do not want any further charges from Shortmax. My user ID on your system is 205858*** and the charge of 17,12 € was made today. I kindly request that my Shortmax subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further payments be taken from my account. I also ask you to confirm the cancellation in writing via email as soon as it has been completed.
My subscription ended on 04/04 and I do not want it to be renewed. However, today €17.12 was deducted from my account. I request that this deduction be stopped and that I receive written confirmation of the cancellation. I have emailed Shortmax and am awaiting their response.
