I am writing regarding my ShortMax weekly subscription, which I no longer use and have been trying to cancel. On 27 March, I sent an email requesting cancellation of my subscription, but I have not received any response, nor has the subscription been cancelled. Despite my clear cancellation request, another payment was taken on 2 April. I am attaching the reference number 101392165, which I used when contacting ShortMax, so that my request can be traced more easily. I kindly request that my ShortMax weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that the payment taken on 2 April be refunded, as I had already asked to cancel the service and have not used the app since.
