ShortMax Subscription Paid but Content Still Locked
Even though I purchased a ShortMax subscription, I am unable to watch any shows or content in the app. I am logging in from my Xiaomi Poco X7 Pro Android phone, but despite being subscribed, I am asked to pay again for every piece of content, and my subscription does not appear to be active.
Today, I made a payment of approximately $12 using my debit card. Although the payment was successfully charged, my account behaves as if no subscription has been activated. I am using the account associated with the email address c************@gmail.com, and despite trying throughout the day, I have not been able to watch a single piece of content.
I request that my ShortMax subscription be properly activated as soon as possible based on my payment and that my access to content be fully restored.
