Paid for ShortMax but the content won’t load on any device, what are my options?

If you paid for ShortMax but content won’t load on any device;
• Restart the ShortMax app and your device, then try again on Wi-Fi and mobile data
• Update ShortMax to the latest version or reinstall it to clear corrupted files
• Log out and log back in to refresh account and subscription sync
If the problem persists;
• Keep screenshots or screen recordings showing the loading error on multiple devices
• Check if playback works on the web version (if available)
• Request a refund via the App Store / Google Play if content remains inaccessible
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek access restoration or a fair refund
