I had a subscription with Shortmax Innovations, which I was managing via Google Play. I canceled this subscription on April 1st, yet despite this, I continue to be charged. The most recent charge occurred on April 27th, and I am being charged twice each time. In addition, these double charges have been taking place on a weekly basis since March 30th, even though I no longer use the service and have already canceled the subscription through Google Play. I do not have a customer number or subscription ID, but all payments can be seen clearly in my Google Play and bank/credit card transaction history. I request that my subscription be fully canceled without any further charges and that all duplicate charges that have occurred weekly since March 30th be fully refunded to me. I also expect written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that no further payments will be taken.
