Cancelled ShortMax But Still Charged
I have been incorrectly charged by Shortmax despite wanting to cancel my subscription, and I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized payments to my bank account. The first charge was made on April 15 of this year, and the last charge was made yesterday. In total, 119.94 has been taken from my account. I had intended to cancel the subscription, but the charges continued. I am not completely sure whether I originally subscribed via the Apple App Store or directly on the Shortmax website, but in any case, the subscription should not have continued to renew and charge me after I no longer wished to use the service. I have screenshots of the charges as evidence and can provide them. I have already contacted Shortmax and Apple about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I find it unacceptable that money continues to be taken without any clear information or support. I request that the total amount of 119.94 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that my subscription be fully cancelled so that no further charges are made.
