I have a Shortmax streaming subscription that I requested to cancel by email on April 4, 2026, from my account associated with the email address akraus***@hotmail.com. When I log in, the system shows that I do not have an active subscription, yet I continue to be charged. Despite my cancellation request on April 4, I was charged again on April 6, April 13, and April 28, 2026, in the United States. I have sent multiple emails to Shortmax regarding this issue but have only received automated responses and no real assistance or clarification. I request a full refund of all charges made after my cancellation request on April 4, 2026, including the charges on April 6, April 13, and April 28, 2026, and I want my subscription to be fully canceled with a clear confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account.
