On April 23, 2026, a charge of $9.99 from “ShortMax Innovation” appeared on my card processed through Square. I did not knowingly sign up for any ShortMax Innovation service or subscription, and when I checked my balance while trying to use my card, I realized this debit had been taken from my account. I contacted Square about this charge, but I was informed that I needed to contact ShortMax Innovation directly. I have not been able to reach ShortMax Innovation at all, and during my search for contact information, I was directed to this platform for assistance. I only have the transaction as it appears on my Square card statement and do not have any separate customer or order number. I request that this $9.99 charge be fully refunded and that any account or subscription connected to my card under the name ShortMax Innovation be immediately and permanently cancelled so that no further unauthorized debits are taken from my account.
