As part of my Shopify Basic subscription, an extra membership fee of ₺51 was charged from my account named “ghost&shopping.” I have experienced the same issue before. I make my payments using my Papara card, and I have both the invoices and transaction numbers for the overcharged payments. In addition, I have photos that prove this situation. I tried to contact Shopify or Etsy customer service about the matter, but I have not received any response yet. I request that the overcharged amount be refunded to me as soon as possible; otherwise, I will take necessary action. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved.
