If ShopCider split your order into multiple shipments, you need to track each package separately:

Check your order details first;

• Log into your account
• Go to “My Orders” → Order details

• Look for:
– Multiple tracking numbers
– Separate shipment statuses

Each package has its own tracking number.

Track each shipment individually;

• Copy each tracking number
• Track via:
– Courier website or other sites

• Expect:
– Different delivery dates
– Different update times

Check email notifications;
