• Copy each tracking number
• Track via:
– Courier website or other sites
• Expect:

Check email notifications;
• ShopCider usually sends separate shipping emails
• Each email may include a different tracking link
If some items have no tracking;
• They likely haven’t shipped yet
• Contact support and ask:
“Provide tracking for remaining items or confirm shipment”
If part of your order is missing or delayed;
• Wait until all shipments arrive
• Then request a refund for missing items
If tracking isn’t provided or items never arrive, open a dispute or file a complaint on Xolvie to escalate the issue.
