I'm requesting information about the status of my SHEIN order. I received a message that my cargo had been "returned," but I have yet to receive any updates or the product itself. I am concerned about the status of my order and would appreciate some information.

My order was less than €150, and I only purchased garments. I have not ordered any items that would normally elicit customs examination. I'm confused by the "shipment returned" notification and would like to know if my order is being returned to me or if it's still on its way.
