I placed an order on SHEIN knowing the 30€ limit didn’t apply to this site. However, after completing my order, I noticed a message in the order details section about the 30€ limit, which was never mentioned before. It's been over four days now, and I haven't received any updates about my package. There’s nothing clear about my shipment being held at customs or what steps I need to take next. This is incredibly frustrating, and I’m left in the dark with no guidance on how to resolve this issue. SHEIN, please provide clear instructions and updates on my order status and let me know what I need to do to get my package released from customs!

Since the products exceeded the 30 € limit, I returned them on September 4th, but there has still been no update or anything. What an unresponsive site, please refund my money immediately, I'm really fed up. There isn't even a number I can contact. Please help, I returned the package without receiving it, but there is still no result.
