SHEIN Refund Not Received Yet After Cancellation



I ordered a top from Shien India on 3 June 2026. Within a few minutes I cancelled the order because I forgot to use my Shien wallet points, and I re-ordered the very same top again on the same day. However, the refund of 599 rupees for the cancelled order has still not been credited back to my source account via UPI even though more than 48 hours have passed. The Order ID of the cancelled order is SH8257701812. Normally, refunds are processed within minutes after cancellation, but in this case there has been an unexplained delay. I tried contacting customer care multiple times by phone, but no one answered, which is very disappointing and raises serious concerns about the service quality. I also reached out via email and only received repeated automated responses saying “We will get back to you within 24 hours,” without any actual resolution or further information. I find this lack of clear information and response from customer service unacceptable. I request that the refund of 599 rupees for Order ID SH8257701812 be processed to my UPI source account on an urgent basis and that I be informed clearly about the status. I also expect you to review and improve the accuracy of the customer service contact information and responsiveness so that other customers do not face the same issue.
