Shein Refund Delayed After Return – Still No Refund Received

I returned three shirts to Shein, and the return was delivered on July 10, 2026, but as of today, July 23, 2026, I still have not received my refund. The delay has created inconvenience for me, and I cannot see any clear information about when or if the refund will be processed. I tried to resolve this issue through Shein’s customer service, but there is no way to speak with a real person, and their automated system only responds that it cannot help, without offering any solution or escalation option. I request that my refund for these three returned shirts be processed immediately and that I be informed clearly about the status of my refund.
