Shein Received My Return But Still Won’t Refund Me After Weeks of Waiting
Completely horrible SHEIN's service! Four goods were returned four years ago, and even with their system proving receipt of my return, I am still awaiting my refund. Every time I contact customer service, they offer me evasive responses saying my return is "under review" or "pending investigation." Though they constantly reassure me they are investigating it, nothing ever results. Several times I have shown evidence of return, yet they still drag their feet. Beyond annoying, the lack of openness and responsibility is It feels at this point like they are purposefully refraining from providing my refund. This encounter totally turned me off from purchasing with SHEIN.
