My Shein package is going through customs, but I’ve been told there’s an issue and it’s been canceled due to an "exceptional situation" during delivery. My address is complete, so I don’t understand how there’s a problem. I also have no idea which shipping company is handling it, and there’s no tracking number or any clear information.
