SHEIN Delivered Broken Toys and Failed to Resolve Complaint
I ordered a package of remote control toys, a robot and a dog, from SHEIN last month, to be used as Christmas presents for my great grandsons. The order was delivered today to my address in Norfolk, England, and when I received it the outer package was clearly squashed. When I opened the parcel, I saw that the toys inside were also squashed and broken, so they are not in a condition to be given as gifts. The damage appears to have happened during delivery, as the box was visibly crushed on arrival. I contacted SHEIN customer service about this issue and requested help, but they refused a refund. I also tried to call by phone; however, I could not reach anyone and the call simply cut off, so I was unable to resolve the problem that way either. Given that the toys arrived damaged and are unusable as Christmas presents, I request that SHEIN send replacement toys for the broken remote control robot and dog, at no extra cost to me, as soon as possible. I would like this matter resolved quickly so that I can still give these presents to my great grandsons.
