Shein Charges Me for Accidental Order Cancellation - Urgent Refund Request
I unintentionally confirmed a Shein order worth ₺3,000. When I completed the payment process, an SMS verification code was delivered to my phone. I exited the payment page without entering the code, expecting the transaction would be cancelled. However, to my dismay, my card was charged the entire amount.
When I checked my orders, I received a message instructing me to "complete payment" within a 4-hour deadline. I promptly canceled the order, but my refund has yet to be completed, and I have received no word from Shein.
