Parcel Returned To Shein For Varolann Moss
I am writing on behalf of my elderly and deaf mom regarding a problem with her SHEIN order and refund. The order number is GSO17E3800NVV6, and we are based in the UK. On 6 July I took my mom’s parcel and my own parcel to the post office to return items to SHEIN. At the counter, the QR codes for the returns were mixed up and placed on the wrong parcels. Despite this, my own return has been processed and resolved, but my mom’s return has not been handled correctly. In my mom’s parcel there were 6 white tops with a black spot pattern and 2 white tops with pink. SHEIN is only showing a refund for 1 of the 6 white tops and 2 dresses, and possibly one other top that may have been in a split parcel, but the rest of the blouses are missing from the refund. The total amount SHEIN still owes my mom should be around £50.08–£51.08. Because my mom is deaf, I have been managing this for her and have already contacted SHEIN several times via live chat on her phone. Despite explaining the situation, they keep insisting only a small part of the items were received and they do not seem to be checking properly that there were multiple blouses of the same type in the parcel. I request that SHEIN carefully review this return and refund all of the remaining missing items from my mom’s order GSO17E3800NVV6, so that she receives the full amount still owed for the tops that were sent back. As my mom cannot manage this herself and is very upset, I, her daughter Mary Burrows, am handling the complaint on her behalf and I request that I be contacted on my mobile number 07896 690*** for any updates or clarification.
