Union Bank ₹699 ShareChat Autopay Debit I Never Authorized

I hold an account with Union Bank of India, and on 5 October 2026 at around 2:38, an amount of ₹699 was debited from my account as a ShareChat autopay transaction without my knowledge or consent. I have not used the ShareChat application for any such paid service, nor did I intentionally create or authorize any autopay mandate for this amount. This debit appears to be completely unauthorized from my side, and I am very concerned about the safety of my bank account and UPI autopay settings. I tried to reach out regarding this issue but so far I have not received any response or clarification. I request that this unauthorized ₹699 transaction be urgently investigated, the autopay/mandate linked to ShareChat be cancelled, and the debited amount be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I also ask you to confirm in writing that no further deductions will be made without my explicit consent.
