Unauthorized ShareChat ₹699 Deduction From Punjab National Bank
Today, an amount of ₹699 was deducted from my Punjab National Bank account via UPI without my permission for a Sharechat-related transaction. I did not request, use or approve any service from Sharechat, and I have never given consent for this payment. This deduction happened automatically, and I only realised it after seeing the debit information. After noticing the issue, I checked my messages and found a message about a UPI mandate related to Sharechat. I did not knowingly create or approve any such mandate, and I do not accept this transaction as valid or authorised. I request that the full amount of ₹699 deducted from my Punjab National Bank account via UPI be refunded to my account as soon as possible and that no further payments or mandates be created or charged in my name without my explicit consent.
