ShareChat Account Suspended Without Explanation – Need Help

I have been using a ShareChat account registered with the number 9176856***, and it was blocked about two months ago. Since then I have not been able to access my account and cannot use it as I used to. I contacted ShareChat support by email and expected at least an explanation, but I have not received any reply or call from them. I have not been informed of any reason for the block, and this situation is very upsetting because I used this account actively for my personal enjoyment and daily use. I request that my ShareChat account be checked urgently, that it be unblocked so I can use it again, or that I be clearly informed of the reason and solution if there is any issue.
