ShareChat Ban Appeal Ignored While Account Remains Inaccessible

I have been using the main ShareChat app in India, and my account linked to the phone number 9895304*** was banned around 6 months ago. I was not shown a clear reason for this action, and I do not know what violation I am supposed to have committed. I have already tried to contact ShareChat support to recover my account, but the issue has not been resolved and I still cannot access it. I would like my account to be reviewed in detail and the ban to be reconsidered, as I want to continue using my existing account rather than creating a new one. I kindly request that you reactivate my ShareChat account or at least clearly explain the exact reason for the ban if reactivation is not possible.
