If ShareChat locked your profile after verification, you can try to unlock it by following these steps:
Check the notification or lock message first;
• Try opening your profile or logging in
• Look for:
– A restriction or verification message
– Information about temporary lock duration
• Screenshot the message for reference
Sometimes profiles are temporarily locked for security checks after verification or unusual activity.
Check the Violations section in your profile;
• Open Profile → three dots (top right)
• Tap Violations
• If available, select Appeal and explain your situation
You can submit an appeal if you believe the action was taken by mistake.
Contact ShareChat support;
• Submit a support request through the Help Center
• Include:
– Your username
– Your registered phone number
– Screenshot of the lock message
Support can review the case and help restore access if the lock was triggered incorrectly.
