ShareChat ₹699 Unauthorized BOI UPI Charge After 2 Day Access

I recently used Sharechat to watch a series for 2 days, starting on 5 September. After that short access period ended, on 12 September an amount of 699 was debited from my account for Sharechat via BOI UPI, as shown in my payment screenshot. I did not intend to make this payment and did not agree to any further charges beyond the 2 days. I request that this 699 debit be cancelled and that the full amount be refunded to me, and if there is any active subscription or paid service linked to this charge, I want it to be cancelled so that I am not charged again in the future.
