IndusInd Bank Charged ₹699 for an Unauthorized ShareChat Payment

I am Simran Rajput from Uttar Pradesh, and I have an IndusInd Bank account that was opened in Noida. On the night of October 1, after 1:00 a.m., ₹699 was debited from my IndusInd Bank account in a transaction showing the name ShareChat, even though I did not authorize or intend to make this payment.

I contacted customer care and clearly explained that I did not authorize the ₹699 payment and requested a full refund of the amount. I also informed them that if my money is not refunded, I will have to escalate the matter and file a complaint with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

I urgently request that this unauthorized ₹699 deduction listed under ShareChat be investigated and that the full amount be refunded to my IndusInd Bank account as soon as possible.
