Sezzles Spending Limit Verification Hassles And Unresponsive Support

I’ve been a loyal Sezzle user since 2022, paid my bills on time and even upgraded to get some of your extra perks. lately though, out of nowhere, my spending limit got lowered quite a bit, saying something about needing to verify some info. they have this new two-step confirmation code system, except, I got the code on my phone, typed it in, but then... nothing. There was no "enter" button or anything. reached out to your customer support for help. Unfortunately, that's when things got weirder, it's been almost 14 hours and I still haven't heard back from anyone. No response, no explanation, nothing. Honestly, it makes me feel a little stranded and not really sure who to turn to like I said, I've always enjoyed using Sezzle in the past. Having my spending limit lowered suddenly, the verification process not working, and then no response.
