On November 30, 2025, I placed order number 8005037773 with Sephora and paid approximately $38 for a Make Up For Ever Artist Color Pencil product. Although I never received the product from the İstinye Sephora store, and more than 60 days have passed, no refund has been issued to my credit card. During this time, I called customer service many times and sent numerous emails; each time I was told that my refund would be issued but was repeatedly postponed to different dates. I also went in person twice to the İstinye Sephora store, and the store gave me different dates for when the refund would supposedly be processed and sent me away, but still no refund was made. Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the distance sales regulations, I would like to remind you that when the right of withdrawal is exercised, the refund must be made no later than 14 days. Despite that clear legal deadline being exceeded, I have not been refunded, and I am experiencing serious financial hardship. I request that the payment of approximately $38 be refunded to my credit card/account without delay, no later than three business days, and that I receive written confirmation that the refund has been completed.
