Sensodyne Whitening Toothpaste Caused White Strands in Mouth

I used Sensodyne Complete Protection Whitening toothpaste for about two weeks. Shortly after I started using it, I began noticing white, string-like formations inside my mouth. When I stopped using the product, the problem completely disappeared.

I have used Sensodyne for years and never experienced anything like this before. At first, I thought it was oral thrush and even visited the doctor several times, but they confirmed it was not. I purchased the toothpaste from a Şok market. So far, I have not contacted Sensodyne customer service. I request that this product be examined, replaced if necessary, and that I be given a detailed explanation regarding this issue.
