Sensodyne Whitening Toothpaste Caused Mouth Peeling Issue

About three weeks ago, I purchased Sensodyne Complete Protection Whitening Toothpaste from Onur Market in Bursa, and I have been using it regularly since then. Ever since I started using the product, about one hour after brushing my teeth, I experience peeling of the skin inside my mouth.

I have never experienced this issue before, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I did not notice any problems with the packaging, ingredients, or expiration date of the product. The barcode number on the product is T60011293504. I would like to know the reason behind this issue and kindly request a proper explanation and clarification.
