I Face Turbo Teen Patti Withdrawals Stuck In Processing For Days

I am using the Turbo Teen Patti Android gaming app and I am facing an unresolved issue with two withdrawals that are still stuck in processing status.
I submitted a ₹520 withdrawal request on April 1 at around 10:15 a.m., and a second ₹520 withdrawal request on April 2 at 1:46 p.m., both intended to be credited to my SBI bank account. As of today, both withdrawals are still marked as “processing” in the app, and the money has not been credited to my bank account.
I contacted customer support regarding these pending withdrawals, but instead of providing a clear solution, they keep giving the same repetitive responses and only ask me to share screenshots of the withdrawal page. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have not received any meaningful update, resolution, or even a clear timeline for when my funds will be credited. I have also not been provided with any transaction ID or reference number for these withdrawals.
I request that both ₹520 withdrawals be processed immediately and that the full amount be credited to my SBI bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation as to why these withdrawals have remained in processing for such an extended period despite my continuous communication with customer support.
