SBI Temporary Withdrawal Payment Method Option Stopped

I hold an account with State Bank of India and use SBI internet banking for my transactions. Until recently, I was able to use the temporary withdrawal facility without any issues. However, on 09/04/2026, I noticed that this payment method had effectively stopped working for me. When I attempted to withdraw ₹500 through the Parimatch application, the transaction could not be completed. The app displayed a message stating that, unfortunately, my withdrawal account is not allowed and that I should contact customer support. My SBI account appears normal when I check it, but this particular withdrawal method is no longer functioning as it used to. I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but the problem still persists, and I have not received a clear or effective solution so far. I would like SBI to check my account and the status of this temporary withdrawal facility, clarify why this withdrawal option is being blocked or not allowed, and ensure that I can again use my account to withdraw ₹500 and other amounts without such restrictions, or provide a clear written explanation if this facility has been restricted for some reason.
