Tashanwin Withdrawal Delay – Funds Not Credited to Union Bank

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced on the Tashanwin mobile app. Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal of ₹2,000 from my Tashanwin balance to my Union Bank of India account, but the funds have still not been credited to my bank account.
The withdrawal appears as processed on my end, and I have the related transaction details and screenshots. However, despite this, the amount has not reached my Union Bank of India account.
I contacted Tashanwin customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the ₹2,000 be credited directly to my Union Bank of India account without being returned to my app balance. I also request a clear explanation for why this delay occurred.
