The transaction is still showing as pending and the amount has not been debited properly from my account, and I have not received the cash. This situation is causing me inconvenience because the status of the withdrawal is unclear and I am worried about my money. My customer ID is 334805*** and I am using Union Bank internet banking from Karnataka, India. I request Union Bank to urgently check this pending withdrawal transaction, clarify the exact status, and either complete the transaction correctly or immediately reverse the blocked amount to my account. I also request a clear explanation of why this issue occurred so that it does not happen again in the future.
