Union Bank Withdrawal Pending More Than 20 Days

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a pending withdrawal on the Y177 app that has not been processed for more than 20 days. My user ID on the application is 636***. On 26/02/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,400 to my Union Bank of India account through the app, but the transaction is still showing as pending and the amount has not been credited to my bank account. Despite the long delay, I have not received any response or explanation from Y177 customer support regarding the status of this withdrawal. There has been no update, resolution, or timeframe provided, which is causing me serious concern about the safety of my funds. I request that my withdrawal of 1,400 to my Union Bank of India account be processed immediately, or that I receive a clear and prompt explanation for the delay along with a definite resolution date. I also expect a written confirmation once the payment has been successfully completed.
