Samsung S24 Plus Call Log Limited to Sixty Days - No Fix Provided

Since the first day I started using my Samsung S24+, the call logs have been limited to only the last 60 days, and I cannot access older call history, which creates a serious problem for me. Based on my observations, while other mobile brands allow access to past call records, this limitation exists specifically on the Samsung S24+. I contacted customer service under warranty through the Samsung store in Istanbul where I purchased the device. All checks were completed, and I was informed that the issue originates from Samsung. However, no solution has been offered so far. I request that this software issue be resolved as soon as possible and that access to all past call records be provided, just as it is on other brands.
