Samsung Neo QLED QE55QN90CATXTK Broke Before Use - No Support

At the end of 2024, I purchased the Samsung Neo QLED QE55QN90CATXTK television from an official Samsung dealer as part of my dowry for my upcoming marriage. It was promoted as the best TV they offered and, due to the exchange rate at the time, I paid around $4,000. The TV was never used, as it was kept for after the wedding. However, without ever being used, it developed what I believe is a chassis defect—something even the service team couldn't clearly explain. It has now been almost a month, and I’ve received no updates about my TV. I’ve been without a television at home for weeks, and still, the issue has not been resolved. There has been no follow-up, no replacement, and no refund. Absolutely no one is taking responsibility, and the company is not standing behind its product. Is my only mistake trusting Samsung? If this issue is not resolved, I will take the matter to the Consumer Court. Neo QLED has been nothing but regret.
