Samsonite Still Hasn't Refunded My Returned Suitcase

On May 30, 2026, I purchased a suitcase for approximately $426 from the Samsonite Aqua Florya store. I returned the product to the store on June 4, 2026. During the return process, I was not given a return receipt, return form, or any other documentation. I was simply told that the refund would be credited to my credit card within 21 business days.

As of today, 23 business days have passed, and no refund has appeared on my credit card. When I contacted the store, I was told that the process could take between 10 and 21 business days and that I needed to wait until the full 21 business days had passed. That deadline has now passed as well, yet I still have not received my refund.

The delay in refunding such a high-value purchase has caused me significant inconvenience. I request that my refund be credited to my credit card immediately, taking into account the amount of time that has already passed since I returned the product. I also ask Samsonite to provide me with a written explanation for the delay and the status of my refund.
