My Samsonite Cabin Luggage Handle Won't Stay Extended: Repeated Repair Attempts Fail

I purchased a cabin-sized suitcase from the Samsonite store in Akmerkez, but I've been experiencing issues with the telescoping handle. It keeps collapsing when extended, making it difficult to maneuver, especially when trying to store it in airplane overhead compartments. I brought this to the store's attention and requested a repair. They took the suitcase and returned it after about a month, claiming it was fixed. However, when I tried it again, the same problem persisted. I returned it once more, and after another month, they gave it back - still unfixed. The Akmerkez store then admitted they couldn't resolve the issue on this premium product. I'm appalled that they would sell such a defective item to a customer and tarnish the brand's reputation. I feel I have no choice but to take this matter to the Consumer Rights Court. It seems you lack the ability to provide proper repairs or after-sales solutions. Is this poor service unique to the Akmerkez store, or is it company-wide? I'm at a loss and deeply disappointed.
