Salomon X Ultra 4 GTX Shoes Tore After Short-Term Use

I purchased the Salomon X Ultra 4 GTX men's gray shoes through Hepsiburada last winter because they were a genuine, warranty-covered product. I have only used the shoes in the city for commuting to and from work. I have not used them for intensive outdoor activities or mountain hiking.

Despite this, both shoes developed blowouts and tears in the front areas at the exact same points. Experiencing such serious damage after what I consider to be a relatively short period of use has left me extremely disappointed with the product's quality and durability.

I sent the shoes in for inspection on September 12, and they were returned to me today. However, the only document included in the box simply stated "Rejected." No reason, technical explanation, or photographs were provided. This process felt completely lacking in transparency and made me feel as though my concerns as a consumer were simply being disregarded.

I cannot accept that a brand like Salomon would refuse to stand behind a product that developed identical damage at the same points within such a short period of time. I request that my shoes be replaced with a new pair at no cost. Otherwise, I expect the necessary steps to be taken to resolve my consumer complaint and compensate me for the inconvenience I have experienced.
