SafePal Wallet Shows Zero Balance Despite Coins Remaining
Hello, I am experiencing a serious issue with my SafePal account. My balance suddenly shows as zero, even though my coins are still listed in the wallet. There are no visible transactions or account activities to explain this discrepancy.
I emailed SafePal support 24 hours ago but have yet to receive a response or solution. How can such an issue occur? This situation is extremely frustrating and concerning. I am unable to access my funds or see accurate account information.
