I Bought GTA 5 Premium Edition for PS4 But Never Received the Online Code

Around 2 to 3 years ago, I purchased the Grand Theft Auto V (GTA 5) Premium Edition on CD for PlayStation 4. I played the game offline for a long time, assuming everything was fine. However, only recently—after nearly two years—I realized that the package never included an online activation code, which is essential for accessing the online features promised with the Premium Edition.

There was no paper insert, no voucher, nothing inside the box that resembled an online access code. I am completely disappointed that I paid extra for a Premium Edition that never actually gave me access to the content it advertised.

Now that I’ve realized this, I’m writing to request what I believe I rightfully deserve: a valid GTA Online code. I already own the CD and have been a loyal player. It’s incredibly frustrating that this issue went unnoticed for so long, and I feel cheated. Rockstar or whichever party is responsible, please send me the missing code or provide a working solution. This situation is unacceptable, especially for a game sold under the "Premium" label.
