Roblox Terminated My Account For No Reason

My 8‑year‑old Roblox account with the username “19Eg***” was permanently banned on December 25, 2025 on PC for alleged “terrorism” because of an in‑game roleplay clan and asset called “Ottoman Empire Navy”. This asset and clan were created only for harmless roleplay with friends in ship games, fighting bosses and having fun. There was never any hate speech, extremist content, or real‑world political activity involved in my use of this asset. As someone from Türkiye, I found it very unfair and offensive that a historical empire connected to my heritage was associated with terrorism. In the moderation decision, the Ottoman Empire was effectively treated and labeled as “terrorist,” which I find extremely disrespectful and hurtful towards Turkish people and our history. It is deeply upsetting to see my ancestors and my country indirectly called “terrorist” in this way, even though my use of the name was only for a simple roleplay group. This decision made me feel that Turkish players were being treated in a discriminatory way and it deeply upset me, especially because I truly believe I did not violate the Roblox Community Standards with this roleplay concept. I have spent around eight years of my life on Roblox, growing up with this platform, investing my time, energy, and creativity there, so losing my account in this way feels especially painful. Over the years, I created and sold many cosmetic clothing items such as football jerseys, shorts, and shirts through my Roblox group, earning around 4 million Robux in total. On this account I also had Roblox Premium and owned several rare and valuable items such as “Korblox” and “Headless.” Losing access to all of these digital assets, which represent years of effort, creativity, and investment, has caused me serious emotional and financial distress. After the permanent ban, I submitted more than 200 appeals through Roblox support. However, I always received the same copy‑paste, AI‑generated responses, and every appeal was rejected. I tried everything I could think of to write my appeals in different ways so that an actual person would review them, but I could never get past what felt like an automatic AI rejection that did not truly consider what I wrote. I never felt that a real human moderator carefully reviewed my case or looked at the context of the “Ottoman Empire Navy” roleplay asset. I was not asked for any explanation or evidence, and I was never shown any concrete proof that I violated the policies this time. I even sent a physical letter to Roblox’s address in California in order to be taken seriously, but I did not receive any meaningful response and felt completely ignored. In the past, I accept that I received some punishments when I was actually guilty, but in this situation I am convinced I did nothing that goes against Roblox’s rules, and yet the most severe action, a permanent termination, was taken against my long‑standing account. I respectfully request that my account and its moderation history be reviewed fairly by a real human moderator, taking into account the historical and roleplay nature of the “Ottoman Empire Navy” asset and the fact that there was no extremist or hateful intent. I ask that my account and items be restored if possible, and that Roblox improve its moderation and appeal system so that players, especially from countries like Türkiye, are not unfairly labeled or banned without a proper, individual review.
