Please Recover My Roblox Account

I had a Roblox account with the username “you77780” which I used to access from my PC. Some time in 2017 this account was hacked and I lost access to it. The password I used at the time was “andre123” and the account was not linked to an email address or set up with a separate login, so after the hack I was completely unable to get back in. After the account was hacked, the person who gained access spent my Robux and bought clothes and items that I did not approve or purchase myself. I do not remember the exact amount of Robux or money that I lost, but I know that a significant part of my balance and inventory was changed without my consent. I contacted Roblox Support about this situation and explained that my account had been hacked and my Robux and items were spent without my permission. The only response I received was general advice to enable 2‑step verification on my email and account, and no concrete help to recover the hacked account or to reverse the unauthorized purchases. I request that my account “you77780” and its purchase history be reviewed, that the unauthorized purchases and clothes bought by the hacker be removed, and that my spent Robux be restored to me if possible. I would like Roblox to assist me seriously with this issue and provide a proper solution so that I do not lose what I had on this account because of a hack.
