I Lost 330 Robux After My Roblox Account Was Hacked from Russia and Got No Support

Today, 330 Robux were stolen from my Roblox account after unauthorized access from Russia. I noticed several suspicious login attempts from Russian IP addresses, and it became clear that my account had been hacked. According to the activity log, four different users accessed my account. I immediately changed my password and regained full control. However, by that time, the stolen Robux had already been transferred to other accounts, making it look as if I had authorized the transactions.

I reached out to Roblox customer support right away, providing full details about the suspicious access and unauthorized Robux transfers. Despite explaining everything and showing the login history, they simply responded saying there was nothing they could do. This response completely ignores my situation and the obvious signs of a compromised account.

I followed all security protocols and still ended up losing my in-game currency. I’m requesting Roblox to fully investigate the breach and refund the 330 Robux that were stolen from my account. I also urge them to improve their support process for handling account security issues more seriously.
