A Hacker Bypassed 2FA and Took Over My Roblox Account from Russia
My Roblox account, “gamescreator51,” was hijacked by someone logging in from a Russian iOS device, even though I had two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled. Somehow, they not only accessed my account but also disabled both my password and 2FA protections—and I have no idea how that’s even possible.
This has completely shattered my trust in Roblox’s security. What’s the point of having 2FA if it can be bypassed so easily? I’ve contacted Roblox support multiple times and even provided proof like old emails, passwords, and account history—but all they do is send vague, useless replies and close the case.
Honestly, Roblox support is just as weak as its security. Whether they recover my account or not doesn’t even matter anymore—the damage is done. But I’m still demanding an investigation into how this breach happened and want my account access restored. Fix your system, Roblox—players deserve real protection and real support.
