Riot Games Account Banned Without Clear Explanation—Requesting Review


Approximately 10–12 days ago, my League of Legends account was banned while I was in the game. At the time of the ban, I already had a 14-day chat restriction, and in my previous match, I played with a poor score of 2/14 due to issues with my computer freezing repeatedly. I explained these circumstances in multiple tickets, but Riot Games has not provided any meaningful response or clarification.
Previously, I lost another account with 1.3 million Viktor mastery points because my friend used a script hack on my system, leading to a permanent ban. I accepted that situation. However, this time, I am confident that I did nothing wrong. Despite my attempts to appeal, Riot has marked my tickets as "resolved" without addressing my concerns or explaining the reason for the ban.
I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of transparency and support. I request a thorough review of my case and an explanation of the ban. Thank you for your time, and I hope to receive a response soon.
