Rexona Roll On Not Working
I recently purchased a Rexona roll-on deodorant from Nykaa on 19 February 2026. From the very first day of use, the product has not worked properly because the ball is too tight and does not roll, so no product comes out, and I am unable to use it at all. My Nykaa order number is NYK-335381354-1525908. I have not yet contacted Rexona customer service regarding this issue, but I am raising this complaint because I received a defective product. I kindly request a full refund for this unusable Rexona roll-on, or any other appropriate resolution you may offer, as I could not use the product even once due to the faulty roll-on mechanism.
