I recently purchased Rexona Clinical Protection, but when my daughter tested it on her hand, it caused burns on her skin. This is extremely concerning! We bought three of these deodorants during a sale, trusting the brand’s reputation, but now I am afraid to use them at all.
How can I possibly apply this to underarms if it caused burns on her hand? This is unacceptable for a well-known brand like Rexona. I demand an immediate explanation and resolution. Is there a formula issue or a defective batch?
Rexona, you need to address this urgently! Customers should not have to worry about skin damage from a product meant for personal care. I expect a response and a proper solution immediately!
