Unauthorised Charge On My Revolut Account Made By Pdfcharges.com

Today I noticed a pending debit of €49.95 on my Revolut account from a company called pdfcharges.com. I never requested or authorized any payment, subscription, or service from this company, so I consider this debit abusive and completely unauthorized. Revolut even informed me that there had been a previous attempt by pdfcharges.com to charge my account, but at that time there were not enough funds to support the debit. I contacted Revolut support about this issue and was told that I first needed to contact pdfcharges.com before any other action would be taken. I do not accept that an unknown company can repeatedly attempt to charge my account without my consent, and I am very concerned that this could turn into an unwanted subscription or recurring payment. I am using Revolut in Portugal and I request that this pending debit of €49.95 from pdfcharges.com be fully cancelled and refunded if it is ever captured, that any current or future charges from this company be blocked, and that any existing or potential subscription or mandate related to pdfcharges.com be immediately closed, as I have never agreed to it. I kindly ask for a clear confirmation that my account is protected against further attempts by this company.
